Upcycle your time

This time of the pandemic and the changing lockdowns is thought-provoking, but also sparks creativity. The network of South Tyrolean world shops and OEW – Organisation for a Solidary World – invite middle school students to make good use of their time and dedicate time to the Fair Trend competition until April 16, 2021. Young people aged 11 to 14 are invited to look in their family’s basement or at the local recycling centre for an unused wall clock or mantel clock and upcycle it in the spirit of fair trade. In doing so, they should address the following question: In which aspects of Fair Trade is it high time that the public understands them as quickly as possible and then acts accordingly?

Of course, there are great prizes for the most impressive works!
